Have you ever been torn where you wanted to be in two places at once? That’s how I feel about where I want to live. 

I’ve got a fabulous partner and we share his wonderful home in Fairbanks Alaska. I love the wilderness, the Arctic, the pace and the last frontier feeling up there. I also spent 15 years in Seattle WA where I love the long spring, the Cascades, the greenery, and most of all my community of dear friends. I want to be in two places at once. Since cloning isn’t a reality for me I’ve spent a long while figuring out how I can pull this off. 

My solution: A tiny house in WA state. 

So this is the new adventure – having a dual or even tri-life style. The big picture: part time AK, part time WA, part time International. It’s the dream and this year I am finally stepping into living this dream. 

I bought a tiny house and I am now beginning the journey of making it mine and living “tiny”. I plan to regale you with the tales and tinkerings, the joys and challenges of this new lifestyle. To all of you dear friends and folks who like to follow my pursuits – pull up a chair and grab some popcorn for this next adventure.
